Connecting a custom domain is not available on your current plan.
This error means custom domains are gated by your subscription plan.
Why this happens
- Your current plan does not include custom domains.
How to fix
- Upgrade your plan to a tier that includes custom domains.
- If you recently upgraded, refresh the dashboard and try again.
When to contact support
Contact support if you already have a plan that includes custom domains and you still can’t add or verify a domain.
