Errors overview

How Vertifo error codes work and how to resolve issues using docs-first troubleshooting.

Vertifo uses stable error codes to describe specific failure states.

An error code helps you:

  • Identify what happened.
  • Understand whether it’s something you can fix yourself.
  • Find the exact troubleshooting steps in /docs/errors/<ERROR_CODE>.

Where you’ll see error codes

  • Dashboard error states (for example analytics, domains, publishing)
  • API responses (for example errorCode in JSON)

How to use this section

  1. Open the error code page (for example /docs/errors/ANALYTICS_NOT_ALLOWED).
  2. Follow the “How to fix” checklist.
  3. If the issue is still not resolved, contact support and include the requested context.

What to include when contacting support

  • The exact error code
  • Your website (site) id
  • The page or action you were performing
  • The time the issue occurred

Do not include secrets (passwords, API keys, private tokens).
