The domain could not be verified. DNS records may be missing or not propagated yet.
This error means Vertifo could not verify the ownership or routing DNS records for your domain.
Why this happens
- DNS records are missing or incorrect.
- DNS propagation has not completed yet.
- The domain provider is caching outdated DNS responses.
How to fix
- Double-check your DNS records match the instructions shown in the dashboard.
- Wait for DNS propagation (it can take time depending on provider).
- Try verification again.
When to contact support
Contact support if:
- Records are correct and propagated, but verification still fails.
- You suspect an issue with the verification token shown for your site.
