Support ticket limit reached

You have reached the maximum number of active support tickets.

This error means your account has reached the maximum number of active support tickets.

A ticket counts as active when it is OPEN or IN_PROGRESS. RESOLVED tickets do not count toward the limit.

Why this happens

  • You currently have 3 active tickets.
  • Creating additional tickets is blocked to prevent duplicate requests and abuse.

How to fix

  • Open one of your existing active tickets and continue the conversation there.
  • If you need to add more context, open the ticket and use the Add information option.
  • Avoid creating multiple tickets for the same topic; instead, reference related ticket ids in a single ticket.

When to contact support

If you believe you’re seeing this error incorrectly, add a note to one of your existing tickets describing what you expected and include relevant ticket ids.
